1. About ReelMart

ReelMart is an online marketplace platform that enables Instagram sellers to create storefronts and accept orders from buyers. ReelMart is operated by Pendam Suryamani (Proprietor), Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India.

ReelMart acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We are an e-commerce operator as defined under Section 52 of the CGST Act, 2017.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use ReelMart
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must have a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification
• Sellers must have the legal right to sell the products they list

3. Seller Terms

By registering as a seller on ReelMart, you agree that:

• You are the legitimate owner of or have full rights to sell the products you list
• All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and not misleading
• You will ship orders within the committed timeframe
• You will not list counterfeit, banned, or illegal products
• You are responsible for the quality and condition of products shipped
• You will not list products that infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your pickup address provided to ReelMart is accurate and accessible for courier pickup
• You are responsible for your own GST compliance if your turnover exceeds applicable thresholds

4. Buyer Terms

By placing an order on ReelMart, you agree that:

• The delivery address you provide is accurate and complete
• You will be available to receive the delivery or have an authorized person available
• For COD orders, you will have the exact cash amount ready at delivery
• You will not misuse the return/refund process
• Product images on seller pages are representative — minor variations may exist

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• ReelMart collects Tax at Source (TCS) at applicable rates as required under Section 52 of CGST Act
• Buyer pays the displayed product price plus shipping charges
• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders carry an additional COD handling charge
• Seller receives payment after deduction of shipping charges and applicable taxes
• Seller payouts are processed weekly to the registered bank account

6. Shipping

• Shipping is handled by NimbusPost and their courier partners
• Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on location
• ReelMart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp and on reelmart.in/track/[AWB]

7. ReelMart's Role and Liability

ReelMart is a marketplace platform and acts as an intermediary. Therefore:

• ReelMart is not the seller of record for any product listed on the platform
• ReelMart does not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers
• Disputes between buyers and sellers shall be resolved per our dispute resolution process
• ReelMart's maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the transaction value

8. Intellectual Property

• ReelMart's name, logo, and platform are protected by trademark (TM #7713670)
• Sellers retain ownership of their product images and content
• By uploading content to ReelMart, sellers grant ReelMart a license to display and promote that content on the platform
• Users must not copy, reproduce, or use ReelMart's intellectual property without written permission

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ReelMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Lists prohibited products
• Has an unusually high RTO (Return to Origin) rate
• Receives consistent negative buyer feedback

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute:

• Contact us first at support@reelmart.in
• We will attempt to resolve within 7 business days
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh
• Governing law: Laws of India

11. Changes to Terms

ReelMart may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
