From Buyers:

Mobile phone number (for OTP login)
Name and delivery address

Payment details (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card/UPI details)

From Sellers:

Mobile phone number and email address
Business name and pickup address
Bank account details (for payouts)
PAN and GST details (for compliance)
Product listings, images, and descriptions
Sales history and earnings data

To verify your identity via OTP login
To process orders and arrange delivery
To send order updates via WhatsApp and SMS

We share your data only as necessary with trusted service providers:

Razorpay — payment processing and payouts
NimbusPost — shipping and delivery services
MSG91 — OTP and SMS delivery
Interakt (Meta/WhatsApp) — order notifications via WhatsApp
Supabase / AWS — secure data storage and hosting

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on AWS Mumbai (India). We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Payment information is processed entirely by Razorpay. ReelMart does not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials.
