ReelMart provides the software that independent sellers use to run their own online stores, and arranges delivery and payment processing for them. ReelMart does not sell the goods. Your contract of sale is with the seller you bought from, and they issue the tax invoice for your purchase. For anything about the goods themselves, contact the seller first — their details are on your order.

We reply to email from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day.

What to include

So we can help without a round of back-and-forth, please include:

Your order number (it looks like RMORD26000001) — it is in your order confirmation and on your invoice.
The registered mobile number or email you placed the order with.
For a damaged or incorrect item, clear photographs of what arrived.

Common requests

Where is my order? Track it from the order page or the tracking link sent to you once the parcel is collected by the courier.
Cancel an order — you can cancel yourself from the order page any time before it is shipped. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Return or exchange — availability and the time window are set by the seller for each product and are shown on the product page. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Grievance redressal

If a complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, write to support@reelmart.in with the subject line “Grievance” and your order number. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
